Refunds
We offer a full refund for any product returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original packaging and condition. All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
Returns
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at [Info@horas.store] to request a return authorization number (RA#).
- Package the product securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Write the RA# clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the following address:

- Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Exceptions
The following products are not eligible for returns:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Digital products
- Perishable items
- Items that have been opened or used
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
